- Funding for a 10-student cohort to complete their second and final year.
- Funding used for instructor, skills lab staffing, teaching supplies.
- CSM graduates have a high pass rate of the State licensing exam.
- Most graduates remain in the area to practice.

Community Network for the Underserved - OB Program
- Public/private partnership with county, MPHS, and local private practice physicians.
- Program designed to improve access, provide care within the District for the underserved who live within the District.
- Funds will be used to support the network of participating physicians.
- New partnership since 2009; program launched in December.

Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse (CORA)
- Funding support to staff 24-hour crisis hotline and counseling services.
- Only county agency focusing on domestic violence.
- Actively collaborates with other community service organizations.
- New District partner.

Jewish Family and Children's Services - Seniors-At-Home
- Funding to support services for 50 seniors living at home in the District.
- Participants will receive up to two months of service as a stop-gap measure following a medical procedure or hospitalization or until a long range plan can be implemented.
- Provided services are not covered by Medicare
- Primary goal is increased quality of life for seniors in their own homes.

Mills-Peninsula Health Services - Senior Focus
- Funding to support the Alzheimer/Day Care Center and Wise and Well Programs provided by Senior Focus.
- Alzheimer Program is a unique and valued county service serving over 200 residents.
- Wise and Well Programs are located in Senior Centers in San Bruno and San Mateo and provide health screenings, pharmacy "brown bag" clinics, and a wide range of health-related education programs.
- District partner since 1996.

Ombudsman Program of San Mateo County
- Funding for staff and the recruitment and training of volunteers to visit long term and residential facilities to assess care and investigate complaints.
- State funding eliminated in this year's budget.
- Consistently meets/exceeds complaint follow-ups and volunteer recruitment goals.
- District partner since 1997.

- Funding to support operations of the San Mateo Free Clinic that provides primary care and dental services to over 5,000 low income residents of the county.
- Strong history of being a quality service provider, effective fund raiser, and volunteer recruitment and retention.

Women's Recovery Assoc., Women & Children's Program
- Funding to support residential treatment, counseling, case management and childcare for women with a history of substance abuse, co-occurring mental health disorders, and for many, a history of physical, sexual and emotional abuse.
- Plan is to serve 45 mothers and 30 children.
- District previously supported another of WRA's Programs, Tracy's Place of Hope.

Youth and Family Enrichment Services
- Insights Program for Adolescent substance abuse
Insights' plan is to treat 200 youths, 65 form the District, who have experienced problematic relationships with mind-altering substances and would do so through a variety of treatment intensities, counseling, and groups.
- Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Center
The Crisis Center staff conducts suicide awareness training in high schools, engages in live chat sessions, and handles an average of 13,000 crisis phone calls (27% from District numbers);
- District partner since 1996.
