Peninsula Health Care District’s 2019 Wellness Classes

Peninsula Health Care District is offering a series of Wellness Classes. Classes are free to all residents of San Bruno, Millbrae, Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Mateo, and Foster City. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. See class schedule below and RSVP for classes now.

All classes will be held at The Trousdale Wellness Center, 1875 Trousdale Drive, Burlingame.

This class will focus on different types of mediation. Join us to find out which type of mediation is right for you. Guided mediation will be offered.
